Phone enquiries: you may obtain zoning or reservation information verbally by contacting us on 9264 7777, however we recommend that you obtain a certificate.

Clause 42 (MRS), Clause 47 (PRS) or Clause 53 (GBRS) certificate - If you require written confirmation of a zoning or reservation.

A certificate is a legal document that is issued by the Western Australian Planning Commission on request by a member of the public. The certificate shows how a particular lot/s that the applicant has enquired about is reserved or zoned under the MRS, PRS or GBRS. If the lot/s is effected by a reservation a sketch is prepared showing how much of the lot/s is reserved. This reservation is depicted by the use of dimensions along the cadastral boundaries enabling the applicant to see how much of the property is effected. If the lot/s are not effected by any reservations then on the certificate it will state how the land is zoned.

eg. The whole of the land is zoned urban and no sketch is prepared.

Each certificate costs $25 and the applicant is required to fill in an application form and supply a photocopy of the Certificate of Title and Strata Plan (if the lot is a strata).
