This policy and procedures manual has been produced in accordance with the Legislative Requirements of the WAPC, along with the Occupational Safety and Welfare Act 1984, Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981 and the Health Act 1911 in consultation with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (Riskcover), and Common Law.

The information provided in this document shall be considered the minimum requirement and standard for contractors engaged to undertake minor works on WAPC land.
