Managing WAPC’s real property and protecting the value of its regional open space and natural assets through efficient hazard management, planning and development of public facilities and management plans until it is transferred sold or dedicated to the management authority.

The management authority can be Main Roads WA, local government, or major project developers like LandCorp, Department of Conservation and Land Management (CALM), the State of WA and in some cases when the land is no longer required the private/public sector.
