Provides valuation support to the WAPC and the Department for Planning and Infrastructure such as feasibility studies, property reports, comparable sales evidence, valuation reviews and property research. They assist with the acquisition of land by way of negotiated purchase or through the provisions of mediation, arbitration or State Administrative Tribunal. They are also maintain the WAPC/Government Sales Database to facilitate movement of accurate information to interested parties and provide consistency in the reporting of sales evidence.
