Asset Management and Finance manage and coordinate the systems, functions and statistical information for the WAPC and the Department for Planning and Infrastructure.

1   Number of hectares managed by WAPC - parks and recreation  7,897 Ha

2   Number of hectares managed by WAPC - others (including rentals)  4,927 Ha

3   Number of hectares owned by the WAPC, managed by CALM, local authorities and other agencies.  10,781 Ha

4   The WAPC’s portfolio consists of 238 residential and 71 commercial properties achieving an annual rental return of  $3m
