Following a review of the regulations in 2007 the fees payable have been adjusted to reflect inflationary movement since gazettal of the regulations.

The new fee schedule including penalty fees, will be effective from the date of gazettal of the amendment regulations. The proposed gazettal date of the regulations is 8 June 2007.
