A number of  recent legislative and procedural changes need to be reflected in the regulations which govern the procedures for landowners in making application for the subdivision of land and for the WAPC in processing such applications.

Comment is sought on the proposed changes prior to seeking the endorsement of the Minister for Planning to the changes.
