This Planning Bulletin outlines recent changes to the procedures to be followed in carrying out development on land reserved under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) following the gazettal, on Friday 12 April 2002, of MRS Amendment No. 1009/33A.

This bulletin supersedes planning bulletin 42
