It is based on the 1 April 1984 consolidation of the scheme published in the Government Gazette of 29 November 1985 (pp 4470 - 4474) and includes subsequent amendments made to the text and reference notes up to and including those introduced by the Planning and Development (Consequential) Regulations 2006.
