During the December 2007 quarter the WAPC gave final approval to 3374 lots in the metropolitan area and Peel region and 1368 lots in country areas; totalling 4742 lots statewide.
Final approval is when the WAPC confirms the subdivision conditions have been met which allows the issue of land titles.
